Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proven leadership in the healthcare sector, marked by exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to collaborate with and guide teams effectively. My expertise is reinforced by specialized training in Medicine, Skin & VD, one year of internship at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, and subsequent service as a Medical Officer.

Some Words from the Chairman

All praise is due to the Most Merciful and Compassionate, the Creator and Sustainer of the universe. Among His finest creations is mankind, into whom He has instilled intelligence, wisdom, conscience, insight, and the eternal power of the soul. Mr. Md. Sadhan Mia is also one of those creations — a human being.
With the noble thought that “human beings are for one another”, and considering the well-being, happiness, and benefit of people, the company “Glorious Digital Health Innovation PLC” was established on 3rd August 2025.

Md. Sadhan Mia was born on 1st July 1973, in the village of Jhunarchar under the BancharampurUpazila of Brahmanbaria District. His father’s name was Md. Abu Mia, and his mother’s name was Mst. PanditerNesha. Out of five brothers and two sisters, he is the sixth child. His eldest brother has passed away, as have both of his parents.
He completed his primary education from his village school, and went on to complete school and college, eventually earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Bangladesh Islami University in 2014.

Throughout his career, he achieved significant success. Notably:
December Closing 2011 – Received Gold Medal
May 2012 – Awarded Best Organizer Chairman Platinum Award on the occasion of 12-year anniversary
June Closing 2012 – Received Gold Medal
December Closing 2012 – Received another Gold Medal
June 2013 – Named National Best Performer
December Closing 2016 – Again received Gold Medal
June 2017 – Awarded Gold Medal
December 2017 – Honored with Overseas Travel Award
These awards were presented by Far East Islami Life Insurance Company.
He eventually served as the Head of Rangpur Division for Individual and Universal Insurance and concluded his professional journey there as Senior Vice President before resigning from his position.

He is also the author of two published books on insurance:

1. “PorleiJanbe” (Read and You’ll Know)
2. “BimaShilpe Marketing-erKolakoushol” (Marketing Strategies in the Insurance Industry)

Additionally, he has written two more books, which are yet to be published:
“SadhanTattvaBhav-Sangeet” (Sadhan’s Philosophical Reflections & Songs)
“JagrataBodhshakti” (Awakened Consciousness – ongoing)

In 2001, he completed the RMP (Rural Medical Practitioner) course, and was also involved in the pharmacy business.
The foundation of Glorious Digital Health Innovation PLC is based on one of his core personal philosophies:
“A person who is always preoccupied with worldly concerns ends up with a sum total of zero.”

He also worked in three other life insurance companies, holding notable positions such as:
Assistant Managing Director at Trust Islami Insurance
Deputy Managing Director at Protective Islami Insurance
Senior Deputy Managing Director at Zenith Islami Insurance, where he eventually ended his insurance career.
His far-reaching vision centers around the idea of transforming people into resources.

In a country where nearly 30 million educated youths (SSC and HSC pass) are unemployed and where people cannot access medical treatment due to financial constraints, he founded Glorious Digital Health Innovation PLC with the aim of delivering low-cost or free healthcare services to the masses.

The core mission and vision of this organization is to provide healthcare services to people of all social strata, and to create employment opportunities for many by training them in areas such as:

By offering diploma courses, the company aims to train and empower countless young men and women with practical skills.
Furthermore, the initiative seeks to transform these individuals into valuable assets and extend healthcare services to the poor, the helpless, and the underprivileged.
